Agent Inner Circle® has been putting out articles to help Real Estate agents grow their business for the last 20 years. While all of the articles are extremely helpful, there are a handful that have been read exponentially more times than the others. These are the pieces that agents come back for year after year, and use to consistently produce leads and generate income.

Lately, I’ve had a few conversations with our members about these exact topics, and I’ve realized that even our most tuned in members have missed at least 1 of these highly-viewed articles. 

I really don’t want a single agent to miss out on an opportunity, especially when I know other agents continue to have success with these specific strategies. So, I’ve compiled our top 5 most-read articles with a brief description, so you can quickly identify which articles, templates and strategies will add the most value to your business.

#1: How To Bring Back Old Clients And Get Immediate New Business

Many agents I know have a drawer or spreadsheet full of old clients they simply forgot.  Life gets busy and before you know it, it’s been months (even years) since you last contacted your list. That’s why I created the “Re-Acquaint Letter System.” This is a very cool system for reactivating old clients, generating referrals, and building your Power List.

#2: Unstoppable Just Listed / Just Sold Strategy

One quick way to get extra business right now is to target Expired Listings. This article gets straight to the point and gives you a template letter you can use to send to any expireds. You may need to make a few edits to speak to the Seller’s frustrations but the small time investment is well worth it.

This article was submitted by REALTOR® and AIC Member, Linda Fogarty. In it, she discusses her strategy for getting business from FSBO’s and even includes parts of her script. My favorite part is that Linda closes by sharing her follow up strategy that maximizes the work she puts in.
