“I have a page in Harmon Homes every month that summarizes all of the homes that in one way or another offers buyers an advantage.

Homes with words like: HUD, Seller Financing, Foreclosure, Simple Assumption, Qualified Assumption, Owner 2nd, Owner Assistance, Bank Owned, Short Sale, Lease Option/Rent To Own.

I list the number available in each category as of the date I submit the ad. I also show the Price Range for each category.

I average 1 transaction a month from this ad. It costs me $200 and my average commission is $4,500 net!”
