QuickTip: Smart Seller Pricing Strategy

When I go on a listing presentation, and present comps to my Sellers of properties that are in ‘Active’ status, I offer then a ‘Seller Tour’. I then take them to properties similar to theirs (from the comps) so they can compare their properties to others currently on the market. This is especially good if they want to overprice their property and is a good wake-up call on the true value of their property.โ€
