Have a great day!’ and I sign my name & leave it with the writing up. This way when the owner returns they see something has been written and my card just doesn’t get ‘filed’ somewhere right away. It gets noticed and maybe remembered for my kindness when they need to re-list.”How To Get Listings While Previewing Homes
