“I had a showing recently and had my hubby drive me there due to mechanic problems with my vehicle. When I returned to the car, he said he knew for sure that my clients were going to purchase the house. “Puzzled, I asked how he could possibly know that. The husband/client had told his wife & I he was going to check out the garage again. In reality, my husband saw him come outside and ‘mark his territory’! “Now, when I see them, there will be an automatic smile on my face!”
