Brenda Florida: when my business partner Alex Camelio and rest of the AIC team were dreaming up this Fab-Team, it was a unanimous decision to reach out to her. And talk about psychic, before we even made the call she was emailing us about wanting to get more involved with AIC!

Here is a bit of her backstory: Brenda has over 20 years of real estate experience, as a salesperson, manager and leader. Brenda is also a certified life coach. Her passion is combining her sales and leadership experience with her life coaching skills, to help others improve their businesses and in doing so, improve their lives.

Neil Mathweg: I had been a guest on Neil’s podcast Onion Juice and also interviewed him so this was an absolute no-brainer. Neil has an infectious laugh and dedication to helping fellow agents achieve success and live a life of abundance like he does.

Here is a bit of his backstory: a husband, and father first, Neil’s constantly challenging the status quo & redefining what it means to be a REALTOR®️. He’s known for building his large client base through his out-of-the-box social media strategies, by empowering his audience on a more personal level. Beyond his role as a REALTOR®️ at Realty Executives Cooper Spransy, Neil is the host of the nationally ranked podcast, Onion Juice Podcast and creator of the coaching program, Neil Mathweg Coaching.

Michael LaFido: a few months back I was researching a story idea on how agents could transition into the luxury home market. The breadcrumbs lead me to Michael who literally wrote the book on luxury home sales … not to mention a certification course! As an active Realtor himself I knew he would make a perfect addition to our team.

Here is a bit of his backstory: top-producing Realtor and real estate consultant with over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Michael’s marketing has been the featured cover story in Crain’s Chicago Business and highlighted at Noon on FOX News Chicago Business Hour.  He is the author of the books “Luxury Listing Specialist” and “Marketing Luxury,” creator of the nationally recognized luxury certification for real estate agents which is known as Luxury Listing Specialist (LUXE).
