Hi everyone, Craig Grant here from The Real Estate Technology Institute. Welcome back to our channel, where we share tips and tools to help you succeed as a real estate professional. Today, I’m excited to share the top takeaways from my experience at the recent NAR NXT Conference in Boston. Let’s dive in!
Watch the Full Recap Here
NAR NXT 2024: A Conference Full of Highlights
This year’s NAR NXT was incredible, even with slightly lower attendance. I had the opportunity to connect with industry friends, clients, and new contacts while attending excellent sessions by experts like Heather Haase, John Gillam, Natalie Smith Davis, Matthew Rathbun, Marki Lemons-Ryhal, and Carrie Little.
As a lifelong Boston Celtics fan, I also managed to catch a Celtics game against the Warriors and see Steph Curry in action—a thrilling experience despite the Celtics’ loss. And Boston’s food scene didn’t disappoint; let’s just say I indulged in enough lobster and chowder to last a while.
Tech Trends That Stood Out
As a technologist, I attend conferences like NAR NXT to discover tools and solutions that can enhance real estate business practices. While the expo had fewer vendors this year, the ones that showed up truly impressed me, particularly with their use of AI to revolutionize real estate processes. Here are the six tools that stood out:
1. Kukun (MyKuKun.com)
Kukun is an innovative post-transaction tool for real estate professionals. Using AI, it provides property owners with real-time property values, insights into nearby properties, and detailed financial projections for home improvements. Clients can find pre-screened contractors, view work histories, and access permit data, keeping them engaged with you long after the transaction is over.
2. Scout (TrustScout.com)
Scout leverages AI and predictive analytics to help you identify potential sellers before they even know they’re ready to list. By analyzing vast amounts of data, it enables you to send personalized, proactive messages tailored to each prospect’s unique needs, keeping you ahead of the curve.
3. Infinityy (Infinityy.com)
Infinityy redefines property searches with an interactive AI chatbot that integrates Google Street View. It offers buyers a conversational, real-time exploration of properties and neighborhoods, creating a dynamic and engaging experience unlike anything I’ve seen before.
4. Domii (Domii.io)
Domii is a comprehensive tool combining client safety features with robust property intelligence. It offers over 100 functions, from background checks to advanced lead prospecting, giving agents a powerhouse platform for safer and smarter client interactions.
5. Tether (TetherRE.com)
Tether is an all-in-one app designed for real estate professionals. It combines safety features, mileage tracking, expense management, and more. Whether you’re meeting a new client or managing your day-to-day, Tether keeps you organized and secure.
6. TrackXI (TrackXI.com)
TrackXI is a project and task management system that simplifies your workflow with an intuitive user interface. It visually organizes tasks, ensuring you know what needs to be done, when, and why—perfect for staying on top of your busy schedule.
Looking Ahead
These six tools are just the beginning. The influence of AI was undeniable at NAR NXT, and I’ll continue exploring and sharing more impressive products in the weeks to come.
